Our Broker, Rita McIntosh began selling Real Estate in 1989.  From the 1st year she was the top selling sales associate in her firm.  In 1994 Rita opened McIntosh & Assoc, REALTORS, LLC.  In 1998 her husband, J.D. McIntosh joined the firm and home sales doubled.  Striving to deliver the best service to her clients, Rita took every Real Estate maketing, technology and sales seminar available.

In 2003 J.D. and Rita began implementing a dream to build a state of the art Real Estate office filled with like-minded over achieving sales agents that wanted to deliver the best service and marketing to their clients.  In July of 2004 McIntosh & Assoc, REALTORS, LLC opened the doors to a new office at 434 Katherine Drive in Rankin County. The location just off of Lakeland Drive allowed our agents to excel and grow our marketshare exponentially.

To better serve the Madison and tri-county Jackson Metro area, McIntosh & Assoc, REALTORS, LLC opened a second location in Madison, MS.  McIntosh in Madison has thrived by offering that same "over the top" competent, creative services to the people of Madison and NE Jackson. Located on the corner of HWY 51 and Pebble Creek Drive, our Madison agents are focused and involved in all aspects of the Madison Community.

This is a new concept in Real Estate in the Jackson area, a brokerage firm that is large enough to have all the corporate resources and yet small enough to provide personal attention to agents and clients.The results are phenomenal!  Our group has become a haven for full time real estate professionals who are committed to excellence and outstanding results.  

McIntosh & Assoc. are currently (12/2009) in the Top 3 companies in sales volume in the Jackson Association of REALTORS for 2009. 

We know many companies make claims like this but, McIntosh & Assoc. agents on average actually out perform the other two of the three top companies agents combined averages 2 to 1*.  We are successfully competing with only 20 agents vs. the other top two companies 36 & 180 agents.
