Richland needs more food choices among other things and this is the perfect spot! We were in a contract for at least 2 years and there was supposed to be a Chic Fila or Starbucks put on this lot but things still haven't moved just dragging so we are not gonna put anything on hold any longer. You would also get traffic/business from Pearl because only a few miles from Stadium, Outlet mall, Cavendars, Sam's Club, Bass Pro, Tinseltown Theatre, Mac-n-Bones Putt Putt and many other well known spots to the area! Same with Jacks. There are so many possibilities-seller just wants to sell it and Richland needs it! So much missed opportunity. Bring us an offer! Used to bed a nail salon on this spot.
